POV SHIPMENTS

 POV Shipment claims are accepted on a walk-in basis during  regular office hours (0800-1500). 

Members should list all transit damages to their POVs upon delivery at the Vehicle Processing Center.  If you discover transit damage shortly after pickup (a few days), please report the damage to the claims office immediately.   Otherwise, the damage may not be substantiated as transit related. 

POV inspections are required to evaluate transit damage.  The vehicle shipping document must be provided to the claims examiner prior to or at the inspection to allow evaluation.  If you wish to schedule an appointment for an inspection, please call our office at (703) 805-4380/4395.
