Fast Track for Overstrength 42As and 42Ls

(Will be sent letter from HRC to Reclassify NLT 3 September2004)

As of 30 August 2004

MOS 42A and 42L have been placed in the Fast Track Program.  Soldiers who possess ASI "F5", "F4", "E3" or SQI of "P", "S", or "V" or duty SQI of "4", "B" "H", "Q", or "X" or have a Top Secret Clearance are excluded from this reclassification effort.

Bonuses (3A or 3B) to units in Forts Campbell, Drum, Carson or Hood

$10,000 for Soldiers with less than 6 years.  $15,000 for Soldiers with 6-10 years.
