The Plans, Analysis, and Integration Office (PAIO) leads installation efforts in oversight of the Installation Management Campaign Plan, captures and enables implementation of best business practices, manages performance management systems and common levels of support, continuous process improvements, stationing actions, and business transformation.

To accomplish its missions and functions, the PAIO is managed by a PAI officer and organized into two branches -- the Planning
and Integration Branch and the Management Analysis Branch.
Planning and Integration Functions
Provide analysis and advice to the Commander, staff, and operating officials. Provide independent assessments of program alternatives and priorities. Execute short- and long-range planning programs and selected business improvement initiatives including:
- Installation Management Campaign Plan (IMCP)
- Campaign Plan Review
- Telework Program
- Strategic Planning & Analysis
- Standard Garrison Organization
- Stationing/Restationing (AR 5-10 Actions)
- Installation Planning Board (IPB)
- Strategic Communications
- Business Transformation
- Continuous Process Improvement
Management Analysis Functions
Provide analysis and advice to the Commander along with program oversight to assigned garrison officials and staff. Oversee and execute performance measurement programs including:
- Organizational
Self Assessment (OSA)
- General Data Compilation
- Customer Relations Management
- Strategic Management System (SMS)
- Army Communities of Excellence (ACOE)
- Army Stationing and Installation Plan (ASIP)
- Common Levels of Support (CLS)
- Installation Status Report (ISR)
- Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE)
