You are here because your shipment has been booked and moved through
the Direct Procurement Method (DPM) or is a Non-Temporary Storage (NTS)
movement. You will not receive the DPS generate email with the Customer
Satisfaction Survey (CSS) web link.
Please submit your information through this SURVEY LINK, if you have any
problems. Once you have completed the survey and submitted, it will automatically go
to the jppsoma QC mailbox for review and action.
Note: All customers who have a personal property shipment that is moved
through the Defense Personal Property System (DPS) will receive an automated
Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS) at their email address on file in the DPS
system.
