The POB assists Soldiers in obtaining the following orders: Permanent Change of Station (PCS), Temporary Change of Station (TCS), and Promotion. NOTE: Soldiers are highly encouraged to go through the unit S-1 for more efficient customer service.

This office coordinates (through unit level S-1s) training and technical support for eMILPO users and processes requests for PERNET, EDAS, eTOPMIS, and iPERM systems.
