AtHoc Instructions

Stay In the Know! Update Your AtHoc Alert Settings

Garrison Personnel and Mission Partner Organizations - Is your profile information updated?
Updating your AtHoc profile is essential to staying informed of emergency situations and is NOT optional - it is a Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA) requirement to be a registered user.

All U.S. military, civilian and contractor personnel whose normal place of duty is on an Army garrison, installation, community or facility must register in AtHoc.

The AtHoc notification system alerts registered users of emergency warnings and other critical information such as hazardous road conditions, reporting delays, and base closures due to severe weather. It can only be effective if it is updated by its users. The system does not automatically update employee contact information, any changes such moving offices or cell phone changes must be initiated by the employee.

To register, click on the AtHoc registration button below and follow the instructions on how to update your profile on your work computer.  The process is simple, it should take less than 5 minutes to complete. Once you get to step three, be sure to provide your personal contact information including your personal email and your personal cell phone number so you can be notified outside of work wherever you are.
